We are a service-area business, so there is no office to visit — we work remotely across New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. That keeps overhead off your invoice, and it is the same structure we set up for the operators we work with.

What happens after I submit the form?
We check whether your territory is held by another operator and reply with a straight yes or no, usually the same day. If it is taken we say so immediately and tell you which neighbouring areas are open rather than putting you through a process.
Is there any obligation?
None. There is no contract, no deposit and no sales sequence attached to asking whether an area is available. If the honest answer is that you do not need us, that is what you will get.
What information is actually useful to include?
Where you run, how many trucks, what equipment you have, the hours you genuinely answer, and how far you will realistically travel for a job. That last one matters more than operators expect, because a territory drawn against aspiration rather than drive time produces calls that lose money on every dispatch.
Will you share my details with anyone?
No. Your enquiry is not shared with other towing companies and we do not sell contact information. We keep it long enough to respond and maintain reasonable business records, then delete it. Full detail in our privacy policy.
Do you cover areas outside the northeast?
Not currently. Coverage runs from the five boroughs out through Long Island, west into New Jersey, north into Connecticut and south into eastern Pennsylvania. That concentration is deliberate, and outside it we would be learning your market on your budget.
Can I just ask a question without wanting to hire anyone?
Yes, and people do. If you want a second opinion on what an existing agency is telling you, or on whether your profile configuration is a suspension risk, ask. We would rather be useful and remembered than gatekeep an answer.
